Since our supplementary feeds are products with an originality seal, they can no longer be returned once the seal has been broken.

Unfortunately, the return of originally sealed goods is not yet possible free of charge.

Your order will leave our warehouse within 24 hours.

At the moment our goods are shipped with Hermes or DHL.

Shipping costs a flat rate of €4 if the total value of your order is less than €45.From 45€ we ship free of charge.

Our products are Made in Germany.They are manufactured with the utmost care in the beautiful Palatinate.

Our products have a minimum shelf life of two years. You can find the best before date and lot number on the bottom of the can.
